About the Craft Shop

The Craft Shop is situated inside the Royal Exchange Theatre and was established in 1981. In addition to a wide selection of glass, ceramics, textiles, metalwork and wood, the Craft Shop stocks an eclectic range of contemporary precious and non-precious jewellery to suit all ages. We also have hand made greetings cards for every occasion. 

The Craft Shop is part of The National List of Craft Shops and Galleries published by the Crafts Council. 

We also offer the Arts Council's INTEREST FREE Arts Purchase Loan, for sales between £100 and £2,000 which are to be paid back in 10 monthly installments.

Our exhibitions are held in the glass display cabinets, in the Theatre foyer, and run for approximately two months each.
