About the Craft Shop

The Craft Shop was established in October 1981 within the Royal Exchange Theatre building. We sell quality handmade crafts by makers working across the U.K.

Commissions are welcome, from ring sizing for that special occasion to bespoke gifts. Greetings cards and stationery are also available, including Christmas and weddings.

We also host changing exhibitions and work can be purchased from the Craft Shop for the duration of the exhibition. Come and visit our Gallery Corner situated in the Great Hall. See the exhibition page for more details or join our mailing list to find out about new work, exhibitions and special offers.

Our next workshop is jewellery beading on Saturday 6th February, 10.30am until 1.30pm. Make a set of matching jewellery with Cara Fairbairn. Tickets are on sale now at £20 each. Ask staff for further details or call Box Office to book your space on 0161 833 9833.
