Skylines is a development programme for professional playwrights who are interested in writing for young audiences aged 8 - 13 years old.
The Royal Exchange Theatre and Theatre Centre understand the importance of nurturing new talent for the Young People's Theatre sector, so Skylines is here to help develop future generations of playwrights to keep the industry exciting, diverse and relevant.
Playwrights from across the North have been working on the development of new ideas; exploring the imaginative possibilities and theatrical challenges of creating work for this age-group. This will be an opportunity for the playwrights to share scenes from their work and gain invaluable feedback from the audience.
