Run for the Royal Exchange!

Bupa Great Run

Did you make a New Year's Resolution to get fitter or shed a few pounds?  We've got the solution to your resolution!  Why not put it into practice by running for the Royal Exchange?

Join us in running the Bupa Great Manchester 10K on Sunday 26th May 2013Team Royal Exchange will be running to raise funds to support the Arts Pot - providing creative bursaries for local young people.

Sometimes the difference between possible and not is the price of a bus ticket. Arts Pot is about making things possible.  It’s about breaking down barriers.

From bus tickets to butties to bursaries – Arts Pot will mean different things to different people.

• It could buy a bus ticket for a child in care to access a workshop that will give them essential skills and experience for a career in theatre.
• It could provide a homeless theatre-workshop participant with a meal and hot drink.
• It could cover the course fees for a single mum to take part in a play-reading group, where she’ll meet new friends and gain confidence.

Arts Pot bursaries will enable people of all ages to access participation and learning opportunities at the Royal Exchange Theatre that would otherwise be out of their reach.

Run for us and help fill the Arts Pot - turning struggle into artistic success.

We have secured charity places so if register to join Team Royal Exchange you are guaranteed entry to run. Register your interest today and let's make this year's 10k the best yet.
