The Artistic Director will provide visionary leadership for the RET’s committed, highly skilled and knowledgeable team of people.
They will be an experienced artistic leader who will inspire and motivate the team to be brave, bold and pioneering.
The successful candidate will be committed to progressing inclusivity and representation and will have a proven track record of delivering innovative and high-quality work which reflects the world in which we live, celebrates imagination and pushes boundaries.
