The Royal Exchange Community programme is designed to give participants real ownership of this extraordinary building.

Our priority for this programme is to reach people who may not otherwise feel that theatre is for them, and to bring together diverse groups and individuals - a true reflection of the environment in which the Royal Exchange exists.

Our Community Links scheme is for community groups and organisations who are interested in engaging with the Theatre and the programme of activity on offer but face barriers to access. We work with groups who are under-represented in theatre, who may not otherwise access the Royal Exchange and who may be at risk of social exclusion.

We do not currently have any capacity to support new Community Link members. However please contact Community Programme Leader Tracie Daly on 0161 615 6739 or email This email address is being protected from spambots.
