The Visitor Experience Duty Managers play a vital role in creating an inclusive, warm welcome, fitting for this new and exciting time.
This role will provide support in all areas of visitor experience through the effective management of people and systems. The postholder will strive for an environment that is inclusive, accessible, and safe. The postholder will have knowledge, and develop learning around, different cultures and a sensitivity around the different barriers people may face when entering our theatre. Working closely with the Visitor Experience Leads and, the Duty Managers will ensure every visitor has a first-class experience in our building. The postholder will need to achieve a balance between efficient operational controls and excellent customer service.
ROLE: Visitor Experience Duty Manager
SALARY: £15,444 per annum (27 hours per week)
CONTRACT: Permanent, 27 hours per week
RESPONSIBLE TO: Visitor Experience Lead and Operations, Sites and Security Lead
