We are seeking to increase our pool of practitioners who regularly deliver on our Elders Monday programme and for one (or more) practitioners to co-lead our Elders Company 2022/23 alongside theatre director and Elders Company Producer, Andy Barry.

This is an exciting time to be joining the Royal Exchange Theatre, as we increase our activity and continue our recovery from the pandemic. We emerge from Covid19 as a new organisation with communities at our heart. We’ll engage with all communities, learning what it means to be a theatre in the post pandemic world and bring new relevance to audiences.

This post is part of the Connecting team and is a vital role in the development, delivery and planning of our The Elders.
