Visitor Experience Assistants are at the forefront of our Visitor Experience Team. This role will sell tickets, make coffee, and welcome visitors, audiences and participants of all ages and backgrounds to the building.

This is an exciting time to be joining the Royal Exchange Theatre, as we increase our activity and continue our recovery from the pandemic. We emerge from Covid19 as a new organisation with communities at our heart. We’ll engage with all communities, learning what it means to be a theatre in the post pandemic world and bring new relevance to audiences. The Visitor Experience Assistants will play a vital role in creating an inclusive, warm welcome, fitting for this new era.

Visitor Experience Assistants are at the forefront of our Visitor Experience Team. These are multi-skilled roles, providing a holistic visitor experience. Visitor Experience Assistants will work across all visitor facing functions as required. The focus of this role is to provide the best experience for everyone who visits our space, for any purpose. You will be flexible and able to adapt. You will help to create an inclusive and accessible space for all.
