WILD SYMPHONIES - EMBODIMENT WORKSHOP

Monachopsis Theatre company invite you join them in a one-hour embodiment workshop.
Using physical and vocal exercises, Anu Almagro (a Finnish actress touring around the world with award-winning Song of the Goat Theatre, performing and teaching the Co-ordination technique established by the company) will lead you in engaging your imagination to connect to yourself, your partner and to the whole ensemble.
Olga Kunicka (a musician and actress who has trained in Violin at the Academy of Music, Wroclaw, Poland, Voice at the Capitol Musical Theatre, Wroclaw and Acting at Actors' Temple London) will be there to provide a live score and support.
Ilona Krawczyk (who trained at the Capitol Musical Theatre and Song of the Goat Theatre and specialises in folk singing and extended vocal technique), will also be there to help support you and answer any vocal technique questions you have.
Rhianna Compton (who trained in Acting at Manchester Metropolitan University, as well as, singing with the London Bulgarian Choir, specialises in improvising with extended vocal technique), will also be there to help support you and answer any vocal technique questions you have.
This workshop is aimed at people who want to explore the connection between the body and the voice, no previous training is required, only a willingness to participate and explore.
Please wear loose and comfortable clothing suitable for movement.
Suitable for over 18s.
