As a Creative you will receive training in creative leadership, work with staff from across the theatre and gain hands on experience on projects throughout the year. You will speciailise as either a director, facilitator or producer.
DIRECTOR: A director guides and oversees the creative vision of a project
They will lead rehearsals, work with designers and develop the overall feel of a play.
FACILITATOR: A facilitator is someone who leads participants in a creative project or group.
They will plan sessions, lead groups and work with lots of different types of people.
PRODUCER: A producer offers support to the creative team of a production and manages the project to make sure everything is happening.
They will attend meetings about the production, look after budgets and bookings and talk about the project with the creative team.

-Curating two TABLE FOR SIX events in the Royal Exchange Great Hall
-Masterclasses with experts and renowned theatre professionals
-Assisting credits on Young Company projects
-Support and creative mentoring from theatre staff
-Representing the Royal Exchange at external events
