Sun: 11am - 5pm
Closed during Wednesday and Saturday matinees (and occasional Tuesday matinees) - performance times vary. Open during intervals.

Own Art
The Craft Shop offers the Own Art *interest-free loan (*Representative 0% APR) for purchases between £100 and £2,000. For more details ask a member of staff or log on to the Arts Council's website at www.ownart.org.uk 

The Craft Shop was established in October 1981 within the iconic Royal Exchange Theatre building in the lively St. Ann's Square, close to The Arndale Shopping Centre and public transport links.

 

  

 

Visit the Craft Shop and find original contemporary gifts, treat yourself to an individual piece of jewellery or simply browse the FREE changing exhibitions in The Great Hall. Displays change regularly so there is always plenty to see - colourful jewellery, luxurious textiles, functional ceramics, sculptural woodwork and exquisite glass, plus a wide selection of greetings cards and stationery. Commissions are welcome.
