Fancy a laugh? Come on down for a hilarious night of comedy in the Den. Hosted by Mick Ferry, featuring Bethany Black and Qasim Akhtar and with multi-award-winning Matt Richardson headlining, this will be a night you won’t want to miss! #Performance

Few are funnier than Comedy Store and Frog & Bucket veteran Mick Ferry! Whether he’s running with a scatterbrained idea, an audience suggestion or dipping into his extensive mental files of absolute, top drawer gags and routines, the end result is a barrage of laughter from a very happy audience and that is what we are all about.

“Absolute legend” Jason Manford

Matt Richardson is a multi-award winning stand-up comedian and one of the most exciting names on the circuit currently rising through the ranks. Having started stand-up in 2009 at 18 years old, Matt became one of the youngest comedians on the circuit and soon made it through to the finals of two national stand-up competitions – the prestigious So You Think You’re Funny and the Chortle Student Comedy Award – all while still in his teens. He quickly established himself in all of the major comedy club chains in the UK and has gigged overseas on countless occasions.

As well as making people laugh (a lot!), Bethany Black  was spotted by Russell T Davis which resulted in her playing ‘Helen’ in Channel 4 series’ Cucumber, Banana and Tofu as well as 474 in Doctor Who! This is all well and good but just how funny is she? Oh, don’t worry about that as the answer is ‘very’. Awards include winning the 2020 Joe Comedy Award and Bethany is British Comedy Guide recommended.
