Three of the UKs most exciting theatre directors - Jude Christian, Katy Rudd and Bryony Shanahan - discuss their careers and their experiences as women working in modern theatre.

Jude Christian's most recent directing credit for the Royal Exchange Theatre was the Bruntwood Prize-winning play PARLIAMENT SQUARE (a co-production with Bush Theatre). Earlier this year Katy Rudd made her debut at the Royal Exchange Theatre with the critically acclaimed world premiere of THE ALMIGHTY SOMETIMESBryony Shanahan will direct Maxine Peake's play QUEENS OF THE COAL AGE for the Exchange later this year.
