Banquettes and Day Seats
This is the front row of the theatre, with unreserved seating on low bench seats.
Our ‘on stage’ seats are £12 (£15 for our Christmas production), most of these seats will be released at 12 noon on the day of the first preview (see above for dates) and are available to buy online, in person or over the phone.
A number of banquette seats will be released daily at 12 noon as ‘day seats’ – you can buy these in person, or over the phone but not online.
Discounted Previews
£10 off ticket prices (excluding banquettes) for our preview performances.
Please note: as tickets for previews are already discounted, they’re excluded from other offers.
Access
If you require an Access seat, please complete our Access form. Once you’ve signed up, your account will be ‘tagged’ with the requirements needed to be able to book accessible seats online. If you need assistance booking tickets, please contact our Visitor Experience Team.
Wheelchair icon = Wheelchair spaces or seats to transfer into. You will only see this symbol if you have the wheelchair ‘tag’ on your account. All of these are located on Stage Level.
Star icon = Access seats. You will only see this symbol if you have certain access ‘tags’ on your account.
Tickets for customers with access requirements are priced at £20 (exceptions apply)
If you require a free ticket for a Personal Assistant on order to attend, please select this box on the access form. Then, when booking, select the drop down ‘Personal Assistant’ and one ticket will reduce to £0 at checkout.
Groups
For groups of 10 or more, a 10% discount will be applied on full price standard tickets.
If needed, tickets can be reserved for larger groups. We ask that numbers are confirmed within 6 weeks of the reservation, with payment due 4 weeks prior to the performance date.
If numbers are confirmed within 2 weeks of the booking being made, the price of the tickets will be locked at the price quoted.
If numbers are confirmed between 2 and 6 weeks of the booking being, the tickets may be affected by pricing changes to the production.
Once numbers have been confirmed, no tickets can be removed from the total. Any additional tickets requested will be subject to any changes in ticket price for that production.
Schools
We know that when you’re planning a school trip, you sometimes need a few extra tickets for teachers, chaperones or similar. So all school bookings will be entitled to one free ticket for every 15 you buy.
Schools can take advantage of an allocation of specially discounted £15 tickets (subject to availability). And even after that allocation has run out, you can still take advantage of the 10% off Groups price.
Please see our Schools page for more information on how to book Schools Tickets
Under 30s £7 Tickets
For our productions of DANCING AT LUGHNASA and SINGIN’ IN THE RAIN all performances (including previews) have at least 20 Under 30s £7 tickets spread across all seating levels. To access Under 30 tickets, please make sure that you have entered your Date Of Birth on your account. Then, once logged in, Under 30 seats will appear as black stars on the seating plan. If buying more than one ticket, all members of your party must also be Under 30. You may also be asked for ID when entering the Theatre.
Please note: as Under 30s tickets are already discounted, they’re excluded from other offers. There are no Under 30s tickets on Relaxed Performances as these shows are already discounted.
Our Under 30s tickets are intended for young people who are underrepresented at our theatre and may not be able to afford to attend otherwise.
These seats are located in specific areas of the theatre and cannot be moved.
FAQs
I’ve added my Date Of Birth but can’t see any seats.
It might take a few hours for the system to update your account to recognise your age. If you’re still having problems, please give our Box Office a call and they’ll be able to help.
I want to buy a ticket for a young person attending with me.
An account will need to be created for the Young Person with their own email address. While we appreciate this adds an extra step if booking as a family group, this ensures that the tickets are only used by those of the correct age. We also hope this means that they will already be set up and ready to visit by themselves ether now or at a later age.
I want to sit next to someone Under 30, but I’m older.
While the location of our Under 30 seats are fixed, they are often next to standard seats, so either you can book separately for those seats, or the young person can add the standard seats to their order.
I’m 30, but still a student.
The discount for Under 30s is based on age, not student status. We have a range of other discounted tickets, for more information see our discounts page.
