Challenge your senses as we take you into a unique sound world

On Sunday 1 March, from 3.00pm, join us and Manchester Camerata for UPCLOSE - CHALLENGING THE SENSES - an experience that tantalises all the senses, from blindfolds* and scent bombs to cocktail tasting...

The music of minimalist composer George Crumb has been described as ‘the most beautiful ugly sound’. Immerse yourself in the hauntingly beautiful Black Angels, through the darkness of Shostakovich’s popular String Quartet no.8, and finally bask in the light of Haydn’s Sunrise Quartet – all the while experiencing the music in a completely different way.

The Theatre. Sunday 1 March at 3pm. Tickets £10 (£6 students / Groups: 6 tickets for the price of 5). Book via Box Office on 0161 833 9833 or online. manchestercamerata.co.uk / @MancCamerata
