We're holding open choir auditions for local singers to appear in our co-commission with MIF - THE SKRIKER
The Skriker stars Maxine Peake, is directed by RET Artistic Director Sarah Frankcom and features an original score created by Nico Muhly and Antony (Antony and the Johnsons). More Info & Book Tickets
All three sessions are now full. There are no plans for any further sessions and we do not have a waiting list. If further casting sessions are required, announcements will be made on our website and on social media.
We are looking for local people aged 18+ to join the production as part of the chorus, bringing to life the newly commissioned soundtrack.
You don't need to be able to read music but should be excited at the prospect of singing and taking part in a live theatrical performance.
Rehearsals will begin on Monday evenings from 27 April with group vocal sessions led by Choir Director Stuart Overington.
Relaxed, informal group auditions will take place on Sunday 22 March at the Royal Exchange Theatre.
Session 1: 10.00am - 11.30am
Session 2: 12.30pm - 2.00pm
Session 3: 3.00pm - 4.30pm
To book your audition place on one of the three sessions please call the Royal Exchange Theatre Box Office on 0161 8339833.
You will be asked to provide your name, email address and contact telephone number.
