We are looking for a conscientious and meticulous person who has an interest in developing a career in Finance within the charitable or Arts sector.
This role will take overall responsibility for ensuring that weekly and monthly payrolls processes are completed and that regulations are complied with. The role will also perform Finance Officer duties, as detailed in the job specifications.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing, the ability to prioritise, meet strict deadlines and work under pressure, have a strong understanding of statutory requirements, and a keen eye for accuracy. The successful candidate will have advanced Excel skills, experience in accounts payable/receivable, purchase ledger and general reconciliation. They will have experience of handling expense claims, credit card reconcilliations and petty cash. Please see the job specification for a detailed list of essential and desirable criteria.
