The Visitor Experience Supervisor is an integral role within the RET's Visitor Experience team. They will be responsible for the overall administration of department, including co-ordinating core and casual staff rotas, preparing payroll documentation and maintaining accurate departmental records.

The role will work closely with the Visitor Experience Manager, casual workers and volunteers to ensure the smooth running of the department.

The role will undertake Duty Manager responsibilities as required by the rota, including some performance shifts and covering Stage Door breaks.

The successful applicant will be an excellent team player, who has demonstrable administrative experience (ideally in a customer-facing role), strong organisational and time management skills, a proactive, solution-focused attitude and the ability to work under pressure.

The Visitor Experience Supervisor will be required to work weekends and evenings as necessary for the proper performance of their duties.
