We know it’s really important for people to STAY CONNECTED, continue the things they enjoy and REMAIN CREATIVE, so we’re delighted that so many people have been taking part in our Elders Mondays sessions online. In response to a recent consultation with our Elders Monday participants, we are delighted to introduce some new exciting workshops to our programme, as well as continuing to host some of most loved workshops.
There is no experience is necessary to join any of our Elders Monday sessions and people who join us later say things like…
“Give it a try. You don’t know what you can do until you try. Push yourself and try something new. The people are great to work with and talk to. Nobody is right or wrong.”

ELDER SPECIAL MOVE SESSION
We are delighted to welcome back Fight Director Kate Waters for an in-person session on Monday 1 August at 11am.
This unique session will explore the role of a Fight Director and provide fascinating insights into the storytelling of physical conflict as well as include practical activities for you to try. Led by Kate Waters (credits include show fights for Royal Exchange Theatre, Royal Shakespeare Company, National Theatre), all practical activities will be completely adaptable to meet everyone’s different physical abilities. So if you’re curious to know more, then come and join us.
Arts Pot support is still available for those Greater Manchester residents facing financial barriers as we believe being creative is for everyone. The Arts Pot scheme can provide financial assistance for course and/or travel costs, this is to make sure that everyone can access our programme and that cost is not a barrier to taking part with us. If you would like to enquire about financial support please complete this form or contact Katrina Heath on 0161 615 6721
